• A professional and approachable personality with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service, resolving any issues or complaints effectively.

• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory, oversee ordering, and ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

• The ability to multitask, evaluate large amounts of information and make quick, effective decisions to address any issues that arise during service.

• Be able to understand health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment for all staff.

• Have excellent communication skills to liaise with other team members, management, and suppliers, as well as to effectively delegate tasks and instructions.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances.
