We’re on the hunt for a skilled barista with a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and cleanliness. You’ll have at least 1 year’s experience in a high-volume coffee environment, confidently pulling quality shots and steaming milk to perfection. Familiarity with La Marzocco Linea machines and on-demand grinders is a must, but most importantly, you’ll bring a friendly, engaging attitude to deliver exceptional coffee and top-notch customer service.
Role Responsibilities
- Dial in grinders for both House Blend and Decaf to brand standards.
- Open and close the coffee section independently.
- Multi-task and manage a busy service efficiently, even when working solo.
- Maintain speed, quality, and consistency across all products.
- Serve coffee to customers in a friendly and engaging way.
- Pour basic latte art and have knowledge of all milk alternatives used.
- Keep the coffee section clean and organised at all times.
- Understand Elephant's full coffee offering, including House Blend, Decaf, and Retail options.
- Communicate stock shortages or issues to the Head Barista or Manager on shift.
