Equipment and Merchandise
We accept returns on unused equipment or merchandise, provided it’s in its original packaging. Items must be returned to:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Coffee
As coffee is a consumable product, we can only offer a refund or replacement if the coffee is faulty or damaged. All claims are subject to assessment by our Roastery team.
