Simple. Choose your coffee, pick how often you want it delivered, and we’ll roast and ship it straight to your door. You don’t have to do a thing (except enjoy it).
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Yep – whenever you like. You’re totally in control. Head to your account dashboard to make changes anytime — no awkward emails, no weird guilt.
Is shipping free?
Absolutely. All our subscription orders include free UK delivery. No surprises at checkout.
Do I get to choose the coffee?
Of course. Pick your favourite roast — or go on a little adventure with our rotating options. We’ll only send you what you want.
How fresh is the coffee?
It’s roasted fresh in small batches right here at our Cheshire roastery — usually within 24 hours of dispatch. Basically, it doesn’t get fresher unless you're roasting it yourself.
What if I run out early?
You can bring your next order forward with a few clicks in your account. No judgment – we've all had a five-coffee day.
