Every bag sold helps fund free support for people affected by cancer, so when you’re sipping your morning brew, you can be chuffed knowing you’ve done something genuinely good.
This year’s blend is 70% Brazil and 30% Peru, both thoughtfully sourced and roasted to perfection right here at Elephant Roastery. Expect notes of figgy pudding, candied apple, and roasted hazelnut — smooth, rich, and sweetly nostalgic, just like the holidays should be.

About Maggie's
Maggie's Wirral
Maggie’s exists to offer free support for anyone affected by cancer - whether you’re the one diagnosed, a family member, or a friend. Their centres are calm, welcoming spaces where you can talk, get practical advice, and just breathe for a minute with people who truly understand. Every cup of our Holiday Blend helps Maggie’s continue their incredible work - keeping the kettle on, the lights warm, and the support flowing for those who need it most.

Processes
Anaerobic Double Ferment
This process takes coffee fermentation to the next level. After the cherries are picked, they’re sealed in tanks without oxygen - allowing the natural yeasts and sugars to work their magic in a controlled environment. The coffee is then pulped and fermented again, layering on wild, complex flavours you don’t find in traditional methods. Think bold fruit notes, funky sweetness, and a seriously juicy cup.
Natural Dry
The most old-school method there is. Whole coffee cherries are laid out to dry in the sun, just like fruit on a rack. The beans soak up all the sugars and flavours from the fruit before being hulled. The result? A rich, full-bodied coffee with jammy sweetness, plenty of character, and a bit of that natural edge we love.
